INSTRUCTIONS: Bring 8 qt of water to a boil. Add 4 Tbsp sea salt and 32 oz pasta to the water. Leave the pot uncovered and stir occasionally while cooking the pasta for approximately 11 minutes for al dente or 13 minutes for a softer texture. Taste the pasta to ensure it has reached your preferred consistency and absorbed the right amount of salt. Drain the pasta well, then return it to the same pot used for cooking. Dress the pasta with 3 Tbsp EVOO then stir well and add your favorite sauce.
